If your shells have dulled when you boiled them, try this:
1. Sprinkle a little hermit crab salt on a wash cloth.
2. Put water that has no chlorine in it on wash cloth
3. Clean shell with wash cloth.
4. Dry.
It will look like it did when you first got it! I did this to a shell that I boiled. It was very dull after I boiled it. Then, when I used this technique, it looked way better!
