I know this is a bit late, but this month is December- Temperature & Humidity! Make sure your temperature is good for your hermit crabs. It can get quite low in winter if you don't use anything to heat your crabitat. Also, if you use non-crab heaters, your humidity might go down, so you have to check that, too. Make sure you mist your tank quite often. Also, bubbly pools might help.
