This hermit crab has no name yet, because he is new! He likes to pinch, lol. he likes taking salt water baths and findinf a place to sleep. He also likes chattin' with crabby friends. He is quite beautiful. He needs to get used to everything. I just got him on the 24th. If you have a name for him, please PM Hermies.

We haven't had a Debate in a while. I was thinking that we should start a new one that has to do with stress coat. This one has a pole so we know what most people think.

Directions for post:

1. Type whether you favor stress coat used in hermti crab bathing or not.
2. Type whether you have used it or not.
3. Type why you favor or don't favor it.

1. No
2. No.
3. I have read that it is for fish. It gives fish a slime coat. Hermit crabs don't need a slime coat. I also read that most brands come with dechlorinator. If you already dechlorinate your water, you'll just add more, and all of the dechlorinator will just sit in the water, and not do anything to the WATER, but it is a chemical, too, so it'd probably hurt the hermit crabs.
